What this policy covers

This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how The Wellness Hub collects, uses, and shares consumer health data as part of our wellness education membership. It applies alongside our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

What we collect

When you complete the Wellness Blueprint intake, you share information about your health baseline, family health history, movement habits, eating patterns, and recovery. We also collect your answers to 28-day check-ins and any information you share in private chats with our experts.

How we use it

• To build and update your personal Wellness Blueprint
• To match you with personalized research and education content
• To connect you with the right founding professionals for private chats
• To suggest adjustments to your weekly habits based on check-in answers

We do not use your health data for advertising. We do not sell your health data. Your health answers, Blueprint content, and chat text are never sent to any analytics, advertising, or security tool.

Who can see it

Your health data is visible to you, to administrators of The Wellness Hub, and to the specific founding professional you are chatting with. Other Hub professionals you chat with can see your earlier Hub conversations so you do not have to repeat yourself. No one else can see your health data.

How we protect it

Your data is stored on secure servers in the United States. Access is controlled by role-based permissions and row-level security rules. Only you and authorized Hub administrators can access your records.

Your rights

• Access your consumer health data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your health data and account
• Withdraw consent at any time
• Opt out of having your data used for research or product improvement

To exercise any of these rights, email info@thewellnesshubny.com and we will respond promptly. You can also delete your account and all associated data directly from your dashboard at any time.

Authorized processing

We process your consumer health data based on your consent, which you give when you complete the Wellness Blueprint intake and accept the consent screen. You can withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or contacting us.

No sale or sharing of health data

We do not sell your consumer health data to anyone. We do not share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes. We only share it with the infrastructure providers who help us run the service (such as our hosting platform and payment processor), and only as needed to provide the service.
